I did not decide I wanted to be an athlete one day. It took time, patience and a lot of hard work. I grew up playing sports my entire life. It was all I knew as a child. There were no weekends off in the summer.  Every week I was questioning  what hotel or gym I was playing at for the upcoming AAU basketball tournament. I became a pro at living on the road. 10 pairs of fresh socks in my duffle bag and I was good. My parents, my aunts, and my uncles were my biggest supporters growing up. My family was very athletic so all of my cousins would be at the same basketball tournaments. We got to spend every weekend together playing the game we love. Not only did I play basketball, I ran track. “I would rather join the military right now then go back to track practice” was what I said to my mom after my first practice in 6th grade. Turns out I was good. I had a natural stride and a lot of speed. That stride carried me through to eventually go on and running collegiate track for a Division 1 A10 Conference school, Saint Joseph's University. By my senior year, I ended up being a part of 4 school record relay teams. I graduated and decided to stay in Philadelphia. I worked at many gyms throughout the city. I worked at Oranget

heory, Flywheel, AFC Fitness, and the YMCA started my career. I actually became the Athletic Ambassador of Philadelphia and hosted bootcamps and runs all over the city. I worked with Lululemon, Athleta, and local running stores to put the runs on. When covid hit I saw a huge change in the fitness industry that I absolutely loved. I went on to create my own online fitness and nutrition business, AMFITNESS LLC. Which is where I am at today. I can successfully say I am living my dream owning my own business while helping others achieve their fitness goals.

My Mission:

I will help you mentally and physically achieve your fitness goals. It starts from your mind. I will help you turn, “ I can't do this” into “I can do this” and “I am able to do this.”

If there is one thing I love more than reaching a new personal goal, it is helping others achieve their goals.

My 4 Rules for fitness:

  1. Set achievable goals

  2. Celebrate the small wins along the way

  3. Enjoy the journey

  4. Honor yourself

Most of us fail because we want results right away. My end goal is for you to build and stick to a sustainable routine that matches your fitness needs while keeping your social life. IT IS 100% DOABLE.

MY PASSIONS

  • My Fiancé

He supports and encourages me to do what I love which is helping others, every single day. He has taught me love and kindness. He is my everything.

  • Hiking

I love spending time on unfamiliar roads in the middle of nowhere- It reminds me of life. Who knows where life will take us but lets keep walking. I try to capture the world's beauty everywhere I go.

  • My disease; Ulcerative Colitis

I love to work with and listen to people that are also suffering from ulcerative colitis. Everyone's story is different, and I can learn from each individual and hope that in return, they can learn from me what I have experienced and gone through.

  • Coffee

If you can't appreciate a cup of coffee, you cant enjoy the smalls things in life :)
