This program is a standard fitness program set up. You will do the same workout for all 3 workouts each week. You will also repeat the exercises every other week. For example, weeks 1 and 3 are the same workouts. Weeks 2 and 4 are the same workouts. Weeks 5 and 7 are the same workouts. Weeks 6 and 8 are same. Weeks 9 and 11 are the same and weeks 10 and 12 are the same to build maximum strength! You must repeat exercises several times over and over again to see any type of change and result.
