This program is a standard fitness program set up. You will do the same workout for all 3 workouts each week. You will also repeat the exercises every other week. For example, weeks 1 and 3 are the same workouts. Weeks 2 and 4 are the same workouts. Weeks 5 and 7 are the same workouts, and weeks 6 and 8 are same workouts to build maximum strength! You must repeat exercises several times over and over again to see any type of change and result.
