At Home 4 Week Split Program
This program is designed for you to be able to workout from the comfort of your own home but still follow a split routine. You will get a total of 5 workouts each week. 4 will be with dumbbells working through 2 lower body days and 2 upper body body days each week and you will get 1 designated day to do cardio of your choice. As always your cardio can be what you want and what you enjoy but I do give some recommendations. The weighted days are all done with dumbbells so you do not need any fancy equipment.
